After announcing that it will debut world’s first passenger drones this summer, Dubai is considering adding a Hyperloop to Abu Dhabi and driverless cars. We can’t mention Hyperloop and not mention its visionary, Elon Musk, Tesla’s chief executive, who launched their highly popular electrical vehicle in Dubai earlier this year. According to a Wall Street Journal article, Dubai’s ruler, Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid al-Maktoum, has “set a target of making a quarter of domestic transport trips smart and driverless by 2030, which could generate $6 billion a year in savings and economic benefits, Dubai officials say.
